SkyQ not connecting to Sky Router

I now have the SkyQ box not connecting to the Sky router. All other devices working and Sky mini connected to internet but not the SkyQ box. Unplugged both devices for hours while out and still not resolved. Been having issues with broadband since I came back to sky think it’s time to call it a day now as I’m too tired to keep resetting kit that should just work.

Hi @SJT77 Try in this sequence, rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot, followed by any mini boxes
