    <description>&lt;P&gt;I spent two hours on the chat line yesterday and eventually it worked out that I have two IDs linked to my account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I then spent 3 h on multiple phone calls which kept dropping, some cutting me off immediately and saying I would get a call back (which didn't happen) and done linking me to an" empty " line where the call went to a noisy environment but no one answered. You need to audit your service providers. No one helped me sort this. I sent email yesterday to viewers complaints . That response told me to access a link provided. That took me to a "page not found". Should I give up and cancel and move to another provider ? &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;I have upgraded to sky cinema with paramount + but keep getting an error message when I click “get paramount+”.&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;Says “ on to it” but message persisting. Transient flashed up QR code but not long enough to link. Any ideas on how to sort? &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
