Regular Q Box problems!

Constant freezing switching on and off of the boxes.My 82 year old Mothers especially,shes only had Sky Q a few months,but numerous times unplugging,restarting and my own longer time ive had mine too.I had to reset hers already a few times,this is totally unacceptable.Her Mini box also problems.Why are all these things so expensive,but still not even new and realible its outrageous.please help urgently thank you again Jace!

Hi @jace777

Best to contact Sky directly and ask for an Engineer to correct your issues.

Yeah this shouldn't be happening more than once a month in my experience. Get a mini locked up from time to time but no more often that that.
