Sky channels and apps etc not working at all

We are totally unable to watch anything which isn't on Freeview. Sky TV channels, apps, even downloaded films etc are not working. Any thoughts?

What's your subscription and has it changed recently?

Nothing has changed, and nothing in the app highlights there being an issue.

We're on Signature with Cinema, and nothing has changed. It was working earlier today because my son was watching a film on it, and this evening its not working.

Strange, try a reboot first (power off then on again).

We have done. We even switched all the power off fully and back on and it's the same.

It says the card isn't inserted, but we don't have a card!

Found it... kids had knocked it out slightly when setting up xbox
