I have a Q box, Sky Signature and can watch Sky witness but i cannot watch the recorded programmes as it was saying I needed to upgrade ? Why can I not watch them ?

hi @Linda+and+Alan

You have probably download the HD versions without having the HD add on.

Try changing your download preference to SD
Main Menu -> Settings -> Setup -> Preferences

(you may need to delete the ones you have already downloaded)
