Hi my apps have disappeared from my app bit Disney Netflix we'll all barring peacock which I don't even no what that one is can any one help I have tried the settings 0 0 1 and a reset but still nothing

Hi @NicholasK9 Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot?

Hi I've done that about 3 times still nothing 😩 I watch Disney all the time ans it's just disappeared x
