      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;How do I get a replacement Sky Q Box? My box has not worked correctly for 3 months. I always get error MR104 even though I have rebooted my main box, q box, and tried everything on the Sky forums several times. It'll work for a few minutes then lose network again and give error MR104. Have done all the updates on the boxes and tvs. Nothing ever works.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;MR 104 is a mini connectivity issue.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Looks like you may need a Sky Q booster located midway between your Q box and the Mini.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Sky will supply these FOC to aid Q connectivity issues.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
