Paying extra to watch programmes recorded

I have a full sky pack and now I've noticed that programs I record like SWAT for example, I now have to subscribe to to view !! Please explain as I'm paying a lot of money and I don't believe I should pay more to watch something I recorded that i can watch at the time of showing if I'm not working.

Are you recording in HD when you don't subscribe to the HD pack, if so you will need to record these in SD instead.

Tried to download SWAT in SD and I still can't watch it it says go to view help to witch then gives me an option to pay for that subscription! It's crazy I'm serious considering leaving sky as I'm not paying more money on top of what I'm paying!

If this is a new subscription, there's a fairly regular account glitch which can generate those symptoms.

@LittleTrex Just to clarify, there is no additional subscription related to watching recordings. So this sounds like a glitch on your Account.

W HD needs the HD add on

Can you try changing your download preference to SD if you haven;t already done so rather than trying to select the SD version of an individual programme
Main Menu -> Settings -> Setup -> Preferences
