I just upgraded to sky glass what happening to my sky q box now? Thank you

Once you've had Glass for a while (not sure on the time scale), returns packaging will be sent out to you for the Sky Q box, any mini boxes and remotes etc. This is just in case you can't get on with Glass and want to return to Q. Keep your viewing card out of the Q box.

Typically once the month-long 'cooling off' period has passed.

(In my case it was rather more than a year later ; )
