    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have recently had a new sky box fitted and was informed to send the old one back. We sent the old one back using the box provided by sky, however I have received a message saying if I do not receive it, I will get charged. Please can you confirm receipt of the old box.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

This is predominantly a customer helps customer based forum and you aren’t addressing Sky Customer Services. As you've had a new box did the DPD driver not do a box swop on your doorstep?
