Issue with recordings

I have recorded emmerdale and when I go to watch them they are all messed up and not in order. I have to keep flicking between 2 different screens. How can I resolve this before I go back to my HD box that didn't do that.

There has been issues on Q with recordings not stacking correctly.

Still appears to happening unfortunately.

Thank you for your replies. Looking on some other posts I see a few people have had this issue. Hopefully they will sort it out soon.
