Voice command not working

The voice command on my second sky box has stopped working. I have turned nothing tvs and boxes off but nothing has changed.

do you get any message on screen - if so what ?

To use voice commands the remote must be paired with the box in bluetooth mode

Perhaps you need to try to re-pair by holding & pressing 1 & 3 together - if that doesn;t help maybe need to complete reset the remote by pressing & holding 7 & 9 together until the red led above the SKY logo button flashes 4 times & then re- pair as above

Please note you will need to make sure it has line of sight of the box until re-paired in bluetooth mode
