      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have sky q and both the main box and mini q boxes channel four doesn't work (on 104) it comes up no satellite signal..all other channels seem fine ? Its been like this for about a week however channel 804 works but is&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;None hd&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Which BBC or ITV region are you in? This will tell us which version of Channel 4 you should be getting.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Most people with this problem will be missing some other channels but they might be ones you don't watch so haven't noticed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
