Connecting sky q box to router

OMG Pleas help

i have sky fibre broadband, everything was fine until about a week ago, however I now cannot get the router to connect to the sky q box.

it keeps saying no internet, do I go to set up, press eps and it doesn't find it

ive now tried with an Ethernet but it just says cannot establish/find IP address

The fibre itself is working, all other devices connected find

its driving me insane

Hi @Maxine8

Are you carrying out a Network reset on your Q box?

Network Reset found in Q box Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to connect by WiFi to your router.
As you are on Sky broadband you will be asked to press the WPS button on the Sky router. (Not on the Q box as the Network reset will start the main Q box WPS automatically). Make sure you press the WPS button on the Sky router and not the reset button.

To connect by Ethernet you need to select connect wired to Sky Router in the Above Network reset.
