Hi,

we have a Sky Protect policy and I've just added devices to it but noticed that the cover is for an old Sky HD box, it's on me but I sort of assumed that when I upgraded to Sky Q they would ammend Sky protect accordingly.

my question is that as Sky Q is effectively on loan then it's covered anyway? So I don't really the Sky Protect policy.

so I either nee d to cancel the policy or update it to cover Sky Q but I can't find anything on MySky to tell me if Sky Q is covered anyway by the Sky Q contract.

Can anyone shed any light on this? Thanks in advance.

Thanks for all the replies. So I need to contact Sky Protect to confirm Sky Q coverage and then decide if the potentially quicker cover is worth it .

Probably not I think, it's quite a bit per month and the devices covered are also covered by household insurance.

Thanks again everyone
