    <description>&lt;P&gt;Firstly, I've got a regular Sky Q box which we have issues with the third party apps, Netflix, Disney+ etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After anywhere between 10 minutes - a few hours, the picture can just completely pixelate forcing a restart of the box.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All the software is upto date, Has anyone had a similar issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Secondly I've recently got a sky Q mini box. Quite frankly it's awful, It's incredibly laggy even on the Menu's.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm paying for Sky Cinema which doesn't work at all on the mini box, It downloads and starts to play the movie then goes completely blank.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Again, All the software is upto date.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone have any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Q sounds like it's overheating.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;mini sounds like it has a terrible connection.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3747858"&gt;@LukeS95&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;You could try resetting the settings in the Q boxes hidden menu.&lt;BR /&gt;To enter the hidden menu press the home button and scroll down to settings but do not select settings.&lt;BR /&gt;With settings highlighted press 0 0 1 &lt;BR /&gt;Only Carry out the first Reset being Reset Settings as the others will wipe all recordings.&lt;BR /&gt;After the reset you will have to re-pair your remote assuming you are using a bluetooth remote by pressing 1 and 3 together on the remote se if that helps with your first problem&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I would advise is to&amp;nbsp;reboot your main Q box ie &lt;BR /&gt;putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds &lt;BR /&gt;switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;then&amp;nbsp; reboot your mini box after rebooting your main as that may help with the mini box problem&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
