    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am a new customer . TV is installed.&amp;nbsp; am waiting to have b/band and phone installed. I have delivery of my modem. Date to be installed is 3rd April. I was talking to a rep. today . I am not sure about the installation. I would appreciate if your engineer could do that. I am not sure that the rep. told me an engineer would pay me a visit. There was no phone delivered with b/band. I use 3 phones in the house . Acct no. Regards&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
