The picture freezes for a few seconds then comes back for a while and then freezes again. I have checked all the connection settings on the q box and the sky hin is approximately 5m from the mini box with nothing obstructing the signal. How do i get a wifi booster without having an engineer come out for an intermittent problem which will mean a day off work. I have broadband with guarantees speeds et. Any help would be appreciated.
