Hi ,

due to a family bereavement and covid I didn't send the sky equipment back within the time frame . A day late !!! I've been charged . Is there any chance I would get this back . Is there live chat ? I can't stay on the phone waiting for them to answer . Thanks in advance

I’ll escalate your post to Sky in a few minutes and the Escalation Team may get in touch with you later.

Look out for an email and also a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. Once that speech bubble appears you only have 48 hours to join the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to each chat reply from Sky within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread regularly.

If you are using Safari also make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the chat bubble. If you have trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Chrome or Firefox.

A private chat was started but there was no response within 48 hours so it has automatically closed.

If you still need help with this please let us know by posting on the forum again and we will get it escalated through to us.

I messaged before about being charged for the products I had sent back . I replied to the live chat but nothing came back . Can anyone help ?

Chat invites are not guaranteed but I've escalated it again. Any chat invite is likely to be tomorrow now. If that doesn't work I'm afraid you'll have to call.
