Sky mini box buffering all the time

I have 2 Sky mini boxes - one works absolutely fine and the other just buffers constantly so can't watch anything on it.

They are not being watched at the same time, even if it's just this one on, it doesn't work. I have tried resetting.

Looks like a connectivity problem with the mini @Karen+2

Try swapping the two minis round and see if you still have the issue; either at the location or the mini.
