Just set up Dazn on channel 429. Only workimg on my main box, not the others?

Just set up Dazn on channel 429. Only workimg on my main box, not the others? I have sky multiroom. I've done a hard reset. Still not working. Any ideas?

By default it's only available on your main box, there is an additional charge to get it on the minis.

No, you will need to purchase viewing on each box you wish to view on, please call (number can't be posted) to add additional boxes to your account

It looks like you will have to call them to find out because they don't see to say how much it will be on their website that I can see.

Main subsciption is only on main box. I think it is £7.59 for additional boxes.

Does you subscription also give you access to their website and apps?

Their website says it does - but not found anyone yet where it actually does.

@ozsat if you sign up via Sky your subscription covers watching on Smart TVs Firetv Stick unless you want to pay the £7.49 for each Sky Q mini box you have.

My point is that those I know who have signed up via the Sky route - have NOT been given access to the apps or online even though the website said you would.

Trying to establish is it is some users or all users not given what is advertised.

i registered on the dazn website last week for my sky box and it said you get online and app access too

my sky box was working wiithin minutes but i still can not get past the login on website or firesticks

spent £20 now on helpline who say it is a fault for the online team to fix

the online department say it is a fault for the sky registration team to fix

both refuse to help and say it is not there problem

Fair comment @ozsat but talking with the DAZN support team I was told that signing up via Sky I wouldn't have to pay extra to watch DAZN via my smart tv

It said no extra payment for the apps etc. - but there seems to be no access at all to the apps with a Sky payment

I'm have the same problem,

I signed up to Dazn with a new account with Sky,

it works on sky Channel 429 okay

but I can not login online on a phone or smart Tv,

Dazn have no idea how to fix it and refuse to refund me,

Yeah I'm annoyed by this. I have multiroom on my sky q package and everything else I have, Disney plus, netflix, apple, paramount, everthing you can just watch on all my connected teles. With Dazn, £9.99 for the main box and then I called up to see why I could access it on my moni boxes to be told it's another £9.99 to watch it on the mini boxes. Sorry but thats takimg the **bleep**. I even tried to record a show from the main box and play it on my tele thats connected to the mini box and that dosent work either. Not a happy customer.

They must have fixed it as I've just subscribed now it worked on my q box instantly and I can watch online and on the app as well as the q box

have also had registration problems and can't get no where with customer service, dazn say it's a sky problem and sky say it's a dazn problem

when I signed up it said there has been a problem but the channel activated instantly but I cannot access the app.

is it supposed to work on sky go? Mine doesn't

can Sky help with this?

It's really frustrating as I paid for the Annual Subscription

Dazn won't do anything about it,

I messaged Sky on Twitter I'll let you know the reply m,

It isn't an issue with Sky - and DAZN are wrong telling you to call Sky.

The telephone numbers on the DAZN website to activate on a Sky card are NOT Sky - they are a call centre working for DAZN.

DAZN online support tell you to call DAZN telephone support (but DAZN call them Sky).

DAZN telephone support tell you to contact DAZN online support.

DAZN online support will not do anything as you have not registered or paid - even though you have.

DAZN telephone support will tell you that you have registered and paid - so it's an online issue.

But neither side are willing to provide any help.

To contact the DAZN UK registration support team (who are not Sky) - use the telephone number on their help page beginning 03. Same people answer as the 08 number - but will often cost less or even nothing.

If enough people register a complaint - they may look into it!
