      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3745212"&gt;@Stellen20&lt;/a&gt;If you want an upgraded box you will have to contact Sky and pay for an upgrade.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However fault repairs including changes to a faulty box are free if you call Sky.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you care to post more details perhaps someone here can help you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
