How to use Netflix if not on the apps ?

Please help. We have Netflix as part of the subscription of sky. I haven't set up an account as it's on my apps on the sky q. My question is how do I log into Netflix on another Tv that doesn't have the Sky box or even on my lap top ? Thank you

Hi @44JS

You should be able to log into Netflix on any device that has the Netflix App.

You just use your Sky Netflix Login details..

To login you need the Sky Netflix account email and password.

Your Netflix account Email is shown in you Sky Netflix.

To find this open the Netflix App on Q and go to the left hand menu. Scroll down to the bottom of the menu and then scroll right to Get help on the right hand side.

Select Get help and you find your Netflix Account Email on the next screen.

If you have never set up a password for your Q Netflix you will first need to go the Netflix Website and use the Change Password option to set up a Password.

Also bear in mind that there is a limit to the number of devices that can be used simultaneously with Netflix.

Assuming you subscribe through Sky
Sky Ultimate TV includes the Netflix Basic plan (1 screen + SD)
You can upgrade to Netflix Standard (2 screens + HD) by adding the HD pack On Sky Q.
You can upgrade to Netflix Premium (4 screens + UHD/HDR) by adding the Ultra HD pack (requires the HD pack first) on Sky Q.
