My Sky Q box updates overnight. I get the blue flashing Q on the box, but have to turn the TV on to finish the update.

This has caused recording issues as the box can't record whilst updating. Is it possible to complete he update without manual intervention?

There has been no updates recently. Last one was months ago.

It did it Satuday and this morning, I presumed the pulsing blue blue light was an update, so what it the box doing at night?
