Sound icon - Sky Q

The sound button on the Sky remote works perfectly fine. But the sound icon has disappeared so we dont know what level . Anyone got any ideas.

@battlezone have you tried switching off your Sky Q box at the wall and restarting ?

Hi @battlezone If by sound button you mean volume then that is displayed by your TV and not Sky Q. What do you mean by icon? Normally it is just a number.
