Certain Sky remote buttons not working

For some reason my mic, volume, input and a few other buttons on my sky q remote have stopped working. Tried everything, checked batteries but no joy. Why is this?

Hi @Brenden2512

Multiple button failure would seem to indicate some kind of contamination.
