Where is live chat?

I need to speak to an agent rather than a robot. Sky website is a minefield to actially find anything

Does anyone know where sky luve chat is?

Is your issue something us fellow customers can advise you on? By the way any calls to Sky will always start with the automated system which is the same as most large companies nowadays.

I have a sky q mini box which suddenly stopped working. It has technical fault on all channels. I have rebooted, reset and factory reset without clearing the fault. I ordered a new box. Apparently a new box was dispatched, i received notification mid morning when I was at work to say delivery would take place later that day. Because I wasnt home they have now sent the box

I presume you missed out the word "back". You will need to persevere on the phone. Just stay on the line and don't hang up if prompted. The mini box will be swoped at the doorstep with you handing the faulty one to the delivery driver. You may however have to wait for the returned one to be received and processed first before another one is dispatched.
