Last tuesday (14 march) i got sky q and linked the netflix account with the box (not UHD compatible) but have sky hd and multiroom, from what i understand, because i have multiroom i get sky uhd which also gives me netflix premium. of which i'm not getting on any devices

Hi @Luke2411 You need to subscribe to Sky UHD to get Netflix Premium.

Netflix plans

Sky Ultimate TV includes the Netflix Basic plan (1 screen + SD)
You can upgrade to Netflix Standard (2 screens + HD) on Sky Glass/Sky Stream or by adding the HD pack on Sky Q.
You can upgrade to Netflix Premium (4 screens + UHD/HDR) on Sky Glass/Sky Stream or by adding the Ultra HD pack (requires the HD pack first) on Sky Q.

Netflix Premium on Sky Q: you'll need a compatible Sky Q Ultra HD box. To check if your Sky Q box is compatible, please follow our help guide.

Netflix Basic with ads is not currently available through Sky.

SKy Multiroom (Pack) no longer gives UHD since the introduction of SKY Signature.

With SKY Signature they introduced the separate UHD add on which is what is now needed for UHD on SKY & to enable Netflix Premium level
