Box Crashed??

Hi. I'm having issues with my sky q mini box. It worked fine until yesterday. When i turned it on it said thatbit lost connection with IP adress. Ive followed the settings instructions that show on the screen and it just won't reconnect. I've tried absolutely everything. Now I've powered it off at the wall and when it comes back on it says to press the home button when the screen goes blank. I do this and it won't come back on, just an orange light on the box. Please help. Thanks

Hi @Greatditton

Have you tried pressing the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the Q box.

If this turns the Q box on

Try completly resetting your Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.

This worked and I've now managed to sort the issue. Thanks for your help @oldfella
