&lt;P&gt;As you've posted on the Sky Q board I presume you're using Sky Q and recording from normal Sky channels, not apps. What is preventing you from fast forwarding a recording through the adverts (unless the programme is still being recorded and you catch up with live TV)? It's not something Sky control.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

However it is quicker and easier to use voice commands or pause and direction keys.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
