Cannot actuvate 6 month apple tv

I have been trying to activate 6 month apple tv as sky vip customer. I have did it via app and also via code. It comes to link then apple sky offer screen then freezes. I have apple ap on my sky q box but this just asks for the 6.99 when I log in. I called sky and they did not help at all.
