I have to give my q box back as I am downgrading do they send me out a new sky box as I have to give mine back?

I'm downgrading from sky q to basic sky and broadband. But I havnt heard if the are sending me another sky box.

What is basic Sky? Never heard of it.

If you mean Sky essentials that's just a subscription change. It's still Sky Q and still keep and use the same box.

@Chelsea++l+w I'm guessing you mean Sky Essentials in whch case you should keep the same Q box but Sky change what you can watch on it.
