Hi I've got sky signature with HD pack and thinking of getting Netflix but I want the HD version so do I phone sky or add it from sky Q by going to VIP offers.

When you get Netflix via SKY the level just depends on other SKY add on packs :

Netflix Basic plan (1 screen + SD) as standard
Netflix Standard (2 screens + HD) by adding the SKY HD pack
Netflix Premium (4 screens + UHD/HDR) by adding the SKY Ultra HD pack (requires the HD pack first)

The add ons of course apply to SKY content as well as opening up Netflix levels

So as you can see, as you already have the SKY HD add on you will get Netflix Standard i.e. in HD and able to watch on 2 screens

You may be able to add Netflix via the web , My SKY app or you box but we do generally suggest calling SKY in case you will get it on offer

BTW in case you don't know the actual add on you will see on bills and possibly elsewhere is called Ultimate not Netflix

I have Sky signature HD/UHD. I don't have the option to add Netflix via the app? It is there but the button is disabled!
I can do it on Sky Q box but it is saying my package will rise from £30 to £43?? Even though it states Netflix is only £6??

Very confusing?!?
Any ideas?
