I am having trouble with my SkyQ remote and the 'home' button and 'back' button controlling the tv and going back to the Glass system. I was told by Sky that within 45 days I would be sent a new remote that solves this problem, its been about 90 days and I haven't received a new remote. Was I told incorrectly and I need to buy a SkyQ voice remote?
