I've got a Disney + subscription but through Disney not sky, when I go to the Disney app on sky apps to sign in, it won't let me sign in. It keeps saying error 83 I've looked that up but I can't make any sense of it. My email and password are correct. I've done a app refresh and nothing seems to be working.

Have you checked that your Q box(es) are on the latest Q210..... version.

No need to carry out a manual update if it is
