&lt;P&gt;Go to the Left hand Netflix menu&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Scroll down to the bottom and then scroll right to&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Get help. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;Select this and there is a reload Netflix option on the next screen.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
