Sky Q black screen mini picture, remote not responding

Hello,

Lately I'm experiencing something weird with the Q box.

I have an hdmi switch that unites 3 input sources into 1 outpout.
1 - sky q box

2 - Google chromecast with google tv

3 - playstation 3

recently, when I'm watching a long time on the Google chromecast and return to the sky q box, the picture is black with only the mini picture visible, when it happens, the remote is non responsive and I can't turn off the box. The only way to fix this issue is to pull the plug from the box and plugging it back after 2-3 seconds.

This setup has been working for the last year without a hitch.

I found the problem, it's the eco settings. As soon as I disabled it, the box returned to normal behaviour.
