BBC 1 North West?

Hi,

Since the supposed change to all HD from the BBC I have been unable to get BBC1 North West! Channel 101 has the blue screen and the initial " there is a technical fault with this channel" followed by A message about satellite signal problem! All other BBC regional variants are available to me from channel 960 onwards but not the one I want North West. Tried rebooting the box to no avail, anyone any idea how I rectify the issue. Not other channel problems (apart from channel 5 HD being a bit flaky from time to time!)

Are BBC One North East (955) & BBC One Yorkshire(956) OK - as these share the same transponder with North West

Can you get BBC Parliament (504)? That is on the same transponder as BBC 1 North West.

Thanks for your reply! Just checked and these two channels are the same as 101 for me, blue screen and satellite problem message!

You'll need to contact Sky and arrange an engineer visit to check the dish.
