I have just got sky Q

can anyone help me with two questions.

If im watching a recording and want to stop half way through how do i back up onto nomal tv

second question how do i get rid of the small screen on the page and restor big screen

The first question is easy, hit the Dismiss key. (10) on your buttons explained below.

Second question, I don't understand your question. What small screen?

You can use the 'Sky' button at the top of your remote (2) to go back to your Planner.

To get back to the TV guide you can press the 'Home' button (13)

Or to simply go back a step you can press the 'Dismiss' button (11).

If you mean the small preview window when you're in the menu, just press backup/dismiss (button 11 on that diagram above) to get out of the menu.
