MINI BOX power going through but no light on front.

Can anyone help!! on out mini box we have power going through but there is no light on the front. Every time i turn off the power and turn it on the red light comes on for aprox 1-2 seconds then gose off again and no botton on the remote works for it has anyone got any suggestions.

Try the recovery procedure as shown on on the 5th tab of the Sky help article here;

If that recovery procedure (try it a few times) did not resolve the problem, afraid you will need to call Sky to get a replacement mini.

In the link above, click on 'Yes, I still need help' at the bottom of the webpage and it will provide a number to call.
