I have moved house and trying to set up my mini box. This comes up but when I press the button nothing happens. Can any1 help?

Hi @Lyndsay41 Firstly did you inform SKY of your house move prior to moving in?

Secondly try the set up instructions i the link Here for the Mini box.

Yes I informed them. The box is working downstairs and that's us just decorated the bedroom upstairs and tried to set it up. I can't get past the screen saying to press the select button. Nothing is happening

Hi @Lyndsay41

Can you try re-pairing the remote by pointing it at the Mini Box then press/hold the numbers 1 and 3 together for three seconds.

The remote should flash red a couple of times.

Afterwards try pressing Select on your remote to see if it goes to Step 2.
