    <description>&lt;P&gt;Catch-up not working (never has)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I try to access any channel&amp;nbsp;on catch-up I get an upgrade notification.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have set it to SD, have downloaded the latest firmware. Sky Q box is hard wired straight to the&amp;nbsp; Internet&amp;nbsp;box. Have refreshed the apps&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help&lt;/P&gt;</description>
