Hi @Chandigarh

What colour is the light on the Q Box?

Can you try re-pairing the remote by pointing it at the Q Box then press/hold the numbers 1 and 3 together for three seconds.

The remote should flash red a couple of times.

Afterwards try pressing the Home button to turn the Q box on.

Try pressing the power button on the front of the box. Its not obvious where the power button is but its where the light on the SKY Q box is. Not the giant blue Q light tkat lights up when something is being played. Its the one with the small led that goes amber when the box is in standby and green when the box is on. If that works your remote might need new batteries or it might need to be replaced
