I now have ITVX on my sky q box but I don't seem to have it on my extra boxes of which I have 3. Is this normal?

No, the app should be there too.

However, the app refresh may take a while. If you have a voice remote for those boxes accessing it will make it appear.

That doesn't work.

Nor does using the engineers menu to refresh the apps.

4 mini boxes here, and none of them have the app. Only the main box has it.

I found if your mini boxes are not updated to the same software as the main sky q box then some apps will be missing.

I updated the software so as they were all the same and the refreshed the apps on all the boxes and that worked.
