I have received a text and email saying I haven't returned my Sky Q box to you. I have returned it using the box you sent me to use.

The terms and conditions dont match up too well. Your purchasing a sky box but Sky says your renting it. When you return it do we as the customers get our money back for purchasing a rented box?
