Looking to book our installation in as joining sky. The problem is we don't get move into the property till 3 days before our installation is booked for. How does it work when you send the box ? As if it's sent before we move in we won't be able to recieve it.

The engineer will bring the Sky Q box, remotes, and mini boxes, dish and cables with them on installation day. The viewing card may be sent in the post beforehand but the engineers normally carry spares.

@GreenRiven10 If this is for Sky Q then the engineer brings the boxes the only thing Sky would send out would be the router if you are taking broadband and the viewing card which would go through the letter box

Thank you both, we've took tv and broadband unfortunately the type of housing we move into if there's post there before we move in they get rid, so this would be a problem.
