New Series Section

Hi all

Anyone else's box cleared out the "new series" section? Gone back to the message about learning what you like... Just want to check if it's widespread before rebooting etc.

I think it's dynamic and based on your viewing - I've had it go blank before because either the recommendation engine in the software has fallen over or it doesn't have enough info about what I view at that time of day... My guess is the falling over one.

I always look at what new series are showing/coming up on the "new series" tab but it's missing from my sky Q box. It was there a couple of days ago. I usually find it in this link by clicking catch up and scrolling down and it's usually there. Any help would be greatly appreciated as this is where I usually find good things to watch I wouldn't normally know was staring.

How long was yours off for thanks, mines not working for 2 days now. Did you do anything to get it back working

Mine came back and now off again.not much you can do get back just for Sky to sort it out and hopefully sky helpers and employees see this thread and pass it on.

Mines still off as of now, I actually used to use the old Sky+ app as it had it in one of the sections, so downloaded it again, but you go to it within the app and it's blank there as well, looks like its down full stop!

Shame as it is one of the few Q things I find useful and have a look in there most days, typical 🙄

I've tried calling sky but their automated system is awful! It's so long winded, obviously a way of getting money for a premium rate number! I hung up in the end. Why can't it be 'press 1 for sky q, press 2 for ...' etc. Then you're in a queue for that section. I need to speak to a human, don't you think I've already looked into the problem and tried to solve it???

The Community Managers on here are aware and are no doubt telling the tech people, if they weren't already aware, so no need to call.

No there nothing we can do it's in Sky hands they are aware of the problem so hopefully they fix it soon.
