hi @Kingdong you will need to call SKY as the online options were removed a while ago when there was a shortage of 2TB UHD boxes and have not been re-instated when they beacme available again

Hi @Kingdong Add UHD to your subscription and ask for a UHD box to view it.

You don't need the 2TB Box. Theres 1TB Boxes that will play UHD content.

@Kingdong You will need to pay extra for 4K UHD Content. Its an extra monthly subscription and you will need a compatible SKY Q box either 1TB or 2TB model
