When I pause sky q for about 10 mins it causes my tv to go to standby. This is fine as it has an energy eco feature.

Problem is when I reboot my tv my soundbar gets disconnected and my TV settings go back to tv speakers. It only does this when I pause sky q. It is fine when I pause a smart TV app or a blu ray. The TV will go to standby but when I reboot it is still on my soundbar setting? Only disconnects on sky?

Suggest you investigate the TV Settings. Maybe a change to the TV Eco setting is required

Hi mate. The eco settings are fine as this is a good feature. It only disconnects when I pause sky. Not blu ray discs or smart TV apps? Thanks
