No sound on sky box

the sound on my sky box is not working we have tried resetting, unplugging with no luck. It's not the tv as sound is working when we play the PlayStation etc

Hi @NW007

Try changing the HDMI audio output format in

Home - Settings - Setup - Audio visual.

Try Normal as well as Dolby Digital . See if any change brings back the Audio

We tried that but it's still the same
